Depuis 2024, le soutien \u00e0 la production de l\u2019ACM exige une majorit\u00e9 fran\u00e7aise (plus de 50 %) ; les projets o\u00f9 la part fran\u00e7aise est minoritaire sont d\u00e9sormais regroup\u00e9s sous l\u2019ACM, plut\u00f4t que dispers\u00e9s entre plusieurs dispositifs. Si le statut de coproduction ouvre la porte, la s\u00e9lection reste comp\u00e9titive et fortement influenc\u00e9e par les objectifs de diplomatie culturelle de la France.<\/span><\/p><h2><strong>Belgique (Flandre &amp; F\u00e9d\u00e9ration Wallonie-Bruxelles)<\/strong><\/h2><p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Le VAF (Fonds audiovisuel de Flandre) peut cofinancer des coproductions internationales avec un partenaire flamand. Les incitations r\u00e9gionales comme Screen Flanders sont bas\u00e9es sur les d\u00e9penses effectu\u00e9es sur place, mais l\u2019impact culturel et les consid\u00e9rations politiques jouent \u00e9galement un r\u00f4le.<\/span><\/p><p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Wallimage Coproductions peut soutenir les projets impliquant la Wallonie, mais au-del\u00e0 des crit\u00e8res financiers et de d\u00e9penses locales, des objectifs politiques plus larges influencent \u00e9galement les d\u00e9cisions.<\/span><\/p><h2><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Espagne<\/span><\/strong><\/h2><p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Les coproductions encadr\u00e9es par trait\u00e9 avec l\u2019Espagne sont consid\u00e9r\u00e9es comme nationales, ce qui les rend \u00e9ligibles aux aides s\u00e9lectives de l\u2019ICAA ainsi qu\u2019aux d\u00e9ductions fiscales. Toutefois, les approbations d\u00e9pendent \u00e0 la fois de la contribution du partenaire espagnol et de la mani\u00e8re dont le projet s\u2019aligne sur les priorit\u00e9s culturelles nationales.<\/span><\/p><h2><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Royaume-Uni<\/span><\/strong><\/h2><p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Les coproductions encadr\u00e9es par trait\u00e9 entre le Royaume-Uni et le Maroc peuvent \u00eatre reconnues comme britanniques et ainsi b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier du Film Tax Relief du Royaume-Uni, \u00e0 condition qu\u2019une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 britannique soit coproductrice et que les crit\u00e8res culturels et li\u00e9s au trait\u00e9 soient respect\u00e9s. L\u2019acc\u00e8s est donc l\u00e9galement possible en principe, mais en pratique, le syst\u00e8me britannique prend \u00e9galement en compte l\u2019impact sur l\u2019industrie locale.<\/span><\/p><h2><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Canada<\/span><\/strong><\/h2><p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Le trait\u00e9 entre le Canada et le Maroc permet d\u2019acc\u00e9der aux fonds \u00e0 statut national administr\u00e9s par T\u00e9l\u00e9film Canada. Dans le m\u00eame temps, les d\u00e9cisions de T\u00e9l\u00e9film sont influenc\u00e9es par des crit\u00e8res de march\u00e9 et culturels qui vont au-del\u00e0 du trait\u00e9.
